Golfbaan: Gahlenz

In the Freiberger region, in the middle of the Erzgebirge, you will find the charming 18-hole golf course Gahlenz in a hilly landscape.
Gahlenz, a district of the town Oederan, is a picturesque village in the valley between Oederan and Eppendorf. The tower of the church can be seen from most fairways and is often used as a landmark. The golf course starts at the end of the village in the direction of Oederan and runs along this connecting road.

On most fairways, either uphill or downhill is played, which requires a good physical condition of the player. Old trees change with many new plantings and give the place a natural character. Biotopes and water hazards underline this impression.
