Clubinformatie Golfbaan: La Penaza Opened in 1973, the La Peñaza Golf Club has, in addition to its 18 holes, other facilities such as swimming pools, tennis courts, paddle courts and pediments, along its more than 90 hectares of land. The course is a par 72 of moderate difficulty, traced by the prestigious and renowned golf designer Mr. FW Hawtree, who after the complete reform of the greens in 1999, carried out by IGD (José María Olazábal) gave rise to a field technical that rewards the player more accurate than the players of great punch. When the typical wind of the region blows, denominated cerzo, the field happens to offer great difficulties to all type of players.
